In order to assess and treat any animal, consent must be gained from your veterinarian. Simply contact your vets and request documentation that provides evidence of consent, and we can then get started with all things physiotherapy. 

All sessions involve an assessment, the depth of which will depend on how regularly we see you and whether the requested consultation is in aid of a particular concern or is more focused on maintenance. After examining your animal standing still and on the go, we get hands-on and get an understanding of what your animal's body is telling us. Once this is established, manual therapies, electrotherapies, and rehabilitative exercises are chosen to target areas of interest and begin your animal's journey to improved well-being.

We require payment prior to the start of consultation and accept all conventional payment methods. Where applicable, promotional offers require payment in full at the time of purchase. 

The MEVP cancellation policy applies to all consultations and sessions;

• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to a consultation requires payment of 50% of the original booking price.
• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to a consultation requires full payment of the original booking price. 
• MEVP has the right to employ or waive the cancellation policy at their discretion. 

All client and patient information collected  by MEVP is stored under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
